Attendance and Make-Ups
If you need to miss a class, you may be able to join another section of the class during the same week. Please contact us to arrange this beforehand. For some levels and languages, make-up classes may not be possible. If we aren't able to arrange a make-up lesson, we are always happy to provide students with an overview of the missed lesson as well as make-up work to complete at home.
Cancellations and Refunds
MONTHLY CLASSES
Monthly classes are billed on the 1st of the month. If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please let us know before the 15th of the month prior. (e.g. Let us know by November 15th if you want to cancel your December enrollment.)
WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are billed upfront. Payment plans may be offered as a courtesy to our students but are considered a binding agreement to pay the total cost of the session.
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your registration before the session begins, we can offer refunds on the following schedule:
- Up to 3 weeks before session start date: full refund
- Up to 2 weeks before session start date: 50% refund
- Within 2 weeks of session start date: no refund
BEHAVIOR
If a student's behavior interferes with the instruction of the class, we reserve the right to cancel the student's enrollment. In this situation, the student will be given a refund for all future classes. Refunds will not be given for past classes.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
If you need to stop taking a class due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds in such cases may be given at our discretion.
